D.C. Tweets (A Recap)

Back in Dallas–it’s amazing that I don’t need my coat here.
Through security… Finally.
Smithsonian store has kiddie astronaut costumes. That is cool.
Reagan is packed! The line to the security gate is horribly long.
Curbside check-in at American Airlines at DCA. The line is uber-long. Glad I got here uber-early.
Waiting on shuttle to the airport. DC has been great, but I am still glad to be going home to Dallas.
Last night in Washington. This has been so amazing, I wish I could stay. But school and work are calling.
John Williams’ song was stunning.
Freezing, but have decided to stick around for the ceremony. Stupid? Probably.
20 degrees and I’ve been outside for like four hours.
Standing near the gate, freezing my toes off. Some troops walked by, and the crowd yelled “USA! USA!”
Weird incident–cops had us move down the street, then this stampede moved us back to our previous spot.
Found a spot to wait outside Dept. of labor. Everyone’s singing.
